The draw is open to legal residents of the USA and Canada (Excluding Quebec), aged 18 or older, who are employed in the truss component manufacturing or related industries. Employees of West Fraser, their immediate family members, and anyone else connected with the administration of this promotion are not eligible to participate.

How to Enter: 
To enter the draw, participants must: (1) Complete the online entry form with accurate contact information, including a valid email address. (2) Follow West Fraser North American Products on LinkedIn using the provided link on the landing page. Only entries that meet these criteria will be considered valid.

Entry Period:
The entry period begins on August 30, 2024 and ends on October 30, 2024. Entries submitted outside this period will not be accepted.

Prizes:
One (1) winner will receive an all-expenses-paid trip to a West Fraser Mill for a guided tour. The prize includes round-trip airfare, accommodation, meals, and transportation. Each valid entry will receive one (1) pair of Truss Socks, while supplies last.

Governing Law:
This contest is governed by the laws of USA and Canada, and participants agree to submit to the jurisdiction of USA and Canada courts.

Winner Selection:
The winner of the Mill Tour draw will be selected randomly from all valid entries. The winner will be notified via email within 30 days of the draw’s conclusion and must respond within 30 days to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within the specified time, an alternate winner will be selected.

Socks Delivery:
Truss Socks will be mailed to each eligible entrant within 2-4 weeks of receiving a valid entry, while supplies last. West Fraser is not responsible for any delays or issues related to shipping.

Privacy:
By entering the draw, participants agree to share their contact information with West Fraser for the purposes of this promotion. Personal information will be handled in accordance with West Fraser’s privacy policy.

General Conditions:
